Under the patronage of World Alliance of Goan Associations, Global Goans in association with United Friends presents CARNIVAL DE GOA THE RED & BLACK NITE 11th February 2010 in Dubai at Astoria Hotel Bur Dubai from 9.00 PM onwards with Goa’s Best Band PURPLE RAIN popularly know for its BALA BALA MUSIC celebrating 25 years in Music Industry and playing good foot tapping Konkani Mandos, Samba & Ballroom music all nite long.Also some good Club & Salsa music by Dj Rinton allthe way from Goa and our very own Dj Heston from Dubai.

The band was formed way back in 1985 by a group of young friends with the aim of providing good music to Goans and Indians all over. Today they have grown to be regarded as one of the Top Dance bands in not only in Goa but over India and the Middle East.The band started initially as a pop-rock band with a hard sound, but 
Presently the inhouse DJ for the famous Tito's Baga,DJ Rinton was inspired by his friend and fellow DJ Joel, in 2002. That was when he began his tryst with DJing. It escalated when he went on to becoming runner up in the All India DJ competition, War Zone 2004 - 05. He did a 12 state tour with Live - in Jeans and played for Fashion Tv party at Shalom . He's played at major Clubs like
